    i made cookies but did half the butter browned the other day, im gonna start my own sourdough starter soon qnd hope the bleached flour doesnt ruin it and im making a chocolate cake next weekend i wanna make bread so bad rn but i dont have parchment cause i forgot. and also idk how im gonna make the cake icing smooth i might have to bootleg a spinner thingy

        really inconsistently a lot will be my first time like this will be my first time making a cake from scratch but i used to do a baking class where we sold stuff in school i need to do it more often tbhon i really like baking as a recent thing though I suppose last year like funnily enough around when charlie kirk died i started doing it more consistently
