Meditation help by teaching u how to let go of ur thoughts and such, there’s advice on how to meditate but idgaf, do it in whatever position u want, close ur eyes (easier that way) and sit for like 10 minutes without thinking about anything.

There are different kinds of meditations and as u slowly learn u can even create something like mediative technics for urself which may work better for u, like imagining certain stuff and feelings and scenarios

Best for beginners is just to not think and not move for a while

    I meditate often… I love to meditate ive been doing it since I was around 10 or 11… it brings me peace… im not sure what started my behaviours like that at that age… it was like within the same few months I just chose alot of life choices I stuck with…
