Attachment is suffering:
Yes fuckers attachment to passing or anything else is bad, even to ur loved ones. Yet it doesn’t mean u should stop trooning or loving, letting go doesn’t mean not do anything
Suffering reduction:
If u did something bad there’s no point of self publishing, u will just create more suffering, there’s no point of punishing anyone all together, but u should try and prevent suffering in the world. So think like this:

This person is killer, if we can make sure he won’t kill again we can let him live his life without a punishment and even try to make him feel better (ofc in real world it’s not that simple and such, but that’s the core of it basically)

killing someone should be last resort and only to protect others, but there’s almost always better ways to prevent harm

if u done a lot of bad stuff, best u can do is to build a happy life and do good things
Buddhism is not:
It’s not making urself eat less and enjoy less stuff, it’s about not being attached to stuff u enjoy, not wanting stuff ≠ having nothing
Attachment everywhere:
Even something innocent like having a life purpose is attachment, even becoming enlightened is attachment, FUCKING EVERYTHING IS ATTACHMENT, not wanting to be attached to anything is attachment as well lol

Best thing about Buddhism is that by trying stuff out u will naturally come to the same conclusions so if u don’t agree w something from Buddhism, it’s not bad, it’s encouraged to challenge it and such
For me Buddhism is about suffering reduction in the world


Okay meditation starts tomorrow some time lol, it’s actually really good instrument for growth and helped me greatly, I myself should fucking stop w all this bs and practice
i have been thanking about meditation and doing jt more
