    No i dont, but its common in some countries. It works, its just annoying to use (it doesnt work well for everybody actually, were not equal with transdermal hrt)

          What are “my levels” how do you measure it

            Oh. Like your hormone levels. You measure that with a blood test, in a clinic. Is your e prescribed or diy ? A doctor wouldnt let you start without a blood test usually.

            I dont remember the units, but the goal is to nuke t (<1,7nmol/L) and rise e (>200pg/ml)
