I’m making this post so that I can maybe hopefuel myself a bit, since starting at the age of 31 and being 6’4" is taking a heavy toll on my mental health.

I was a fucking retard and did a few years of heavy powerlifting, and now I have huge back muscle, abs, shoulders and everything. I really hope they will go away after my T gets suppressed.

  • Height: 194cm / 6’4"
  • Weight: 104.7kg / 230lbs (was 130.9kg / 288lbs 6 months ago)
  • BMI: 27.8 (could be lower, since I do have above average muscle)
  • Bideltoid: 46.5cm / 18.3"
  • Underbust: 91cm / 35.8"
  • Waist: 85cm / 33.5"
  • Hips circumference: 108cm / 42.5"
  • Hips breadth: 40cm / 15.75"
  • SHR: 1.16
  • WHR: 0.787
  • Underbust to height ratio: 0.47
  • Norwood: 2 (ughh)

Am I going to make it? I think some of these measurements are serviceable

    • Your height will require good passing in other areas to pull it off, but it’s possible.
    • Your muscles will mostly go away with years of hrt
    • Bideltoid really mogs if you are muscular, only slightly above what’s normal for cis women - with muscle atrophy you can easily reach cis female range
    • Underbust is a little bit too large, but proportional to height, don’t know how much muscles powerlifting gave you there
    • Waist is really good if you’re muscular
    • Hip breadth and circumference is great, just some fat redistribution and you’ll be fine
    • I don’t know about shoulder to hip ratio since you measured it from width instead of circumference, and 1.03 female / 1.18 male doesn’t apply to this method [edited]
    • WHR is already barely within feminine range but has potential of getting even better
    • Norwood 2 has small chance of being improved with hrt, if not then hair transplant will save you

Your body will MOG, you have potential of looking feminine despite towering over other people
