So obviously im an anti-racist and very left wing, but I am a bit stumped by this situation. Namely, I have this one tenant (who is a PoC) (im anti-racist) and she (im also pro-women) (and pro-choice) has been staying at one of the places I own for a few years now. But recently I had to up the price on all of my tenants (due to the economy) but apparently she had some issues with her healthcare or something and she can’t pay the higher price this month. Would it be unethical if I gave her spot to my friends nephew? My friend would be able to cover his costs as he is a very savvy investor and has quite the fortune now.

Anyway really wanted to come and ask the opinions of my fellow left wingers since my friends nephew is white so idk if it would be MAGA if i evicted my current tenant… Obviously developing the market and growth is good but idk if i’m allowed to do this. Please help and thank you
