hadn’t bitten my nails in a month and a half… longest I’ve ever been. genuinely so fucking sad they were so pretty and normal looking for once.

    genuine question, how do you stop bitting them? i think last time i managed to stop i was like 11

      Nail polish, and then once they are ing enough my brain didn’t register wanting to bite them because I never had long nails.If I kept them painted and hadn’t trimmed them to be more modest I don’t think I would have done this :(

        Yeah, ive been told that already… But the first problem is that i dont have the right to have painted nails at my work and the second being i dont want to look like moid with bad painted nails :(
