    that would require taking out the ovaries and that kind of surgery would be too invasive to do at home just like that sadly

    it is possible if they use a specific type of worm i have been breeding in my lab to crawl up doods urethral openings and munch on their ovaries

    I really don’t think it’s possible. DIY surgery is already hardcore and next level, but the bits of successful DIY surgery I hear are all a bit more external if that makes sense. I don’t think I’ve heard of any truly successful instance of DIY top surgery, nevertheless DIY oophorectomy, where you’d have to root through a bunch of other stuff because they’re pretty deep inside

    I think us poons have a lower surgerymaxx ceiling in general right now
