i was in the right lane and traffic picked up and so i slowed down except the person behind me didn’t slow down at all and smashed into the back of my car and that pushed my car into the car in front of me I’m physically alright at least I think
If it’s true what you are saying then they are fully liable, they should have paid attention. unless you hit the brakes very quickly giving him barely any time to react… enjoy the insurance money or idk how it works over there
in America unless you have collusion coverage or something, insurance companies are fucking evil and will not give you any money and raise your insurance plan
