There was a post about a month ago about using circumference instead of breadth, and ever since then people couldn’t decide.

Not really. As I said, the only thing it did is caused confusion. You never really know now. Some do breadth, others circ, and most don’t specify.
I think it stemmed from one of the mljemy comments, but I may be misremembering the timeline.
