I do kinda miss seeing more of us, but hopefully they’ll eventually trickle in.

I just don’t know what the fuck to post

According to desiresaregrey’s latest survey, around 26% of people on the tttt reddits are doods. However, on her older survey, back when 23% of the reddit was doods, 72% of them were lurkers as opposed to 67% of ladies. 5% isn’t a big difference, but it’s something, especially when the ratio is around 4:1

Now, there has been a bit of a vibe shift over on 4t4, it’d maybe be a bit silly to do another survey so soon, but it’d be interesting to get another demographic check to see if we got a flood of new people who are primarily girls after the unlock (which is what I suspect happened, I don’t have hard data but my gut says it’s a bit harder to find dood posts in the reddit now as opposed to just before the unlock)

I remember in my impressionable sneedy early high school years (circa 2017 or 2018ish, pre poondemic explosion but FTMs were still gaining steam) lurking around ar slash traa and egg_irl (aka the depths of hell) and seeing NO doods, not even corny ones, and mods having to come in and try to change the atmosphere so doods didn’t feel boxed out. Once enough elbows were thrown that space cleared out for the doods, though, I did start seeing dood posts bubble up

To boil down my deranged rambles into a bit more of a point, I would say that doods follow fellow doods around. But even when doods get on the ship and sail the seas to tranistan, they might be more likely to lurk unless they see other doods posting. No one wants to post to a dead crowd

Hopefully it’ll even out with time, I mostly comment but maybe I should be contributing more to help ease things for other doods

Yeah I agree with you alex women are really neurotic and mentally ill, any space ran by them eventually implodes anyway so its really dire for trans guys to come here
