who cares i can’t afford them anyway

but shoulder reduction shouldn’t really be dangerous other than what’s standard when undergoing surgery, hip i’m not sure of since it’s super recently developed, ribcage it’s unsure if complications will arise in the long term

iliac crest implants genuinely look bad imo

bicromial shortening is quite good tho, they can remove 4-5cm 1-2 inches.

ribcage, yea ur kinda fucked ngl.

not talking about implants, i mean dr rogers pelvic widening.

yes that’s how much can be removed with clavicle + scapula reduction but as i said that’s 75k which is impossible to get for me and most people

ribcage is actually the least problematic of them since it seems to cost only around 20k or a bit above that, also at roger’s i believe (the previously mentioned ones are also at roger’s because he’s the only one who does it (others do clavicle not clavicle + scapula and just clavicle is less size decrease). plus the ribcage reduction results look great, it’s just that even if one’s ribcage and thus whr is better, the hips will look small in relation to shoulders still

my main issue is with the rib 1-5 group and reducing the lower ribs will make them stand out more maybe or it might make me even more hourglass dunno, afraid to touch anything that will fuck my ratios

i don’t really care about how surgeries would affect u since u said u already body pass yk. personally reducing lower ribs would be greatly beneficial to me

nope that’s clavicle reduction which barely does anything other than make your shoulders more sloped and give u hunchback, u need scapula reduction too for a meaningful reduction in size and to not look horrible, and that’s only done by dr rogers and the quotes i’ve seen from him are usually around 70-75 k for this, cheapest quote ive seen was years ago and that was i think 65k or so, cheapest i’ve heard is 40k which i believe is just scapula and not both
