Everytime I look into the mirror my body gets 10% more disgusting

my shower faces a mirror so i have to wait for it to fog up or stare at the ground

or else i see my moidy wide shouldered boney anorexic small hip big hand cryptid like body

yeah i have to actively turn away from every mirror or reflective surface now
