all the methods i have easy access to are too risky. i dont wanna mess it up and end up disabled or something.

fastest one i got is a gun probably but idk. id probably back out of blowing my head off like a coward.

there is one method that seems good but also like impossible to easily get my hands on it so idk. itd be nice if i could just drift away in my sleep i think
