i can’t remember doing it

i mean i can’t remember any time before that either i only remember the most recent time

but i have no memory or other proof that i actually did it so what if i didn’t actually inject

    u would be getting some hot flashes, might have a slight metal taste in ur mouth, some head aches, probably be tired and irritable. if u arent feeling any of those, u probably did ur injection

    Abnormal and bad memory might be clinically significant. Go get your Vitamin D and B12 levels checked. Otherwise, let the doctor figure out if there’s something wrong with you. It could be dangerous.

    I get this same kind of self-doubting, and it’s really annoying. I tend to cast it aside and say not remembering fully is just an ADHD thing or something. That is to say, you probably did your injection.
