    Maybe I’m wrong but I thought truscum was strictly enbyphobic, and then transmed are ok with nb who take steps to medically transition instead of just being a theygab

      Truscum is just a derogatory term made up on tumblr to insult transmeds back in like 2018, they’re the same thing some transmeds just call themselves truscum in spite of it originating as an insult
