My adhd is medicated now, i can finally do shit, but i still have so much issues focusing on the things i have to do Right now i have to learn some shit but for some reason, my brain wants to learn something else, even much more complicated lately i really fear fucking up badly if i don’t manage to change that does anyone maybe have an idea what to do

    i try to be gentle to myself and try to learn a bit everyday but it still feels so hard, and university has time pressure or i loose access to it qwq

    i hate flash card apps tho, always had issues with it, but i am literally programming on my own lightweight version XD

    i tried learning with chatgpt once, the information was so wrong, i will never touch it again

      I’m sorry you had such a bad experience with chatjewpt but yeah it tells wrong stuff sometimes. Try a different one maybe? Also, why don’t you like flashcards? They’re so easy especially when you already have a lot of them and review them every day

        sorry but using ai i would just feel retarded, regardless what it is, and still i have issues with doing anything not something specific if i don’t manage to read the text from university i won’t do chatgpt either

        and i did not say i don’t like flashcards, why would i do my own flashcard app if i would do, just basically every piece of software that is out there is shit

            Out of pride is a wild conclusion, no i don‘t like to use the hallucinating probability machine to learn for tests that may kick me out of uni

            And all flashcards app i used were full of bullshit, ads, payware that does not work ect. Even the one from a school was broken XD

                    Just much frustration and i hate it when you need to look into so many programs just to not be satisfied in the end

                    And since i study cs anyway and often lack inspiration, this is just something i can use to have a goal
