it should be easier if it’s unpopular, but I understand the fears
The clinic is filled with old people who have their phone on max volume ringtone going off and they just hold the phone far away from their face and go like “ough” and its so bright in there and the chairs are so close together and there will be like 6 open spots and old men always sit next to me… even when there is open space available…
also bring your bag and coat with you and put it on the 2 chaira besides you so nobody sits there
Its too warm for coat… and I have no reason to bring a purse because all im bringing is my cellphone and a sheet of paper with medical stuff… I dont need a purse…

I recommend getting fashionable looking sunglasses and noise cancelling headphones
I cant wear sunglasses because I wear prescription glasses and without my prescription glasses I cant see 5 feet in front of me… and then also I dont like headphones because they block sound and even if I hate loud noise and lights I dont like dampening my senses because what if I miss something important… it just gets me scared while the light and sound gets me overwhelmed…
