realistically, like five percent of their day. the themes of your day, major tasks highs and lows ETC. I think you are clearly disassociative tho

usually, people remember highlights and forget things like footsteps or breathing or something.

I barely remember what happened a few hours ago, but to answer the question: Most of the day is a blur and I don’t remember what I ate, when I went to bed, nor days beforehand. Unless some event of note took place, I won’t remember a thing.

    >Do u remember what u ate? yes, cant remember two days ago >When u woke up? i have an alarm, but cant say when I got out of bed, or the days before that. some times it takes a few hours >When I gone to bed? remember checking jusf before sleep, have an idea for the last week, but its relatively consistent, so really more a guess

I mean ur other post kinda says otherwise, i would remember most of a haircut the same day.

i also definitely have a little worse memory then normal,

I tend to not rly remember much of anything unless I’m consciously thinking about it (uni stuff but even then it slips pretty easily lol mostly just deadlines or whatev, calorie count etc)

i don’t know. i assume a normal person remembers their whole day? maybe not previous day specifics but generally all of what happened?
