Do you have a therapist or something similar?
I have social workers but I don’t tell them anything bc last time I did they threatened to send me to a mental hodpital and forced me on anti depressives
I don’t mean this in a mean way or anything, but judging from your behavior here i feel like you might really need something like that, maybe it could help you be less upset about some things
