How can you tell if you’re dissociating? I sometimes feel like I zone out really hard or like mentally black out sometimes but idk if it’s dissociation or just some weird quirk
I just feel the pressure in the head and I feel like I’ll pass out, and then comes a moment when I lay and can’t move or think, it’s different for everyone tho, sounds like dissociation to me
