Private therapists cost way to much money… I couldn’t afford it… public therapists have a wait list of months and months… when I was a teenager still… youth therapy had a 10 month wait from sign up to getting to see a therapist. Then you can only have monthly appointments… which isn’t frequent enough… adult public therapists only allow 10 total sessions a month apart… so I could spend 10 total hours across a year to explain things… I dont think it would do anything for me… I am shy… it took me 6 sessions to open up to my youth therapist about anything when I was still 15 or 16 I forget… when I was 15 or 16 I was still repressing most things and so I didnt discuss most of my issues… mostly just my hatred of public spaces and interaction with strangers…
you need to find support groups at least and try some self-help. I have no idea how therapy works in the US. also does your mother know about your situation?

who supports you financially?
My mom… I dont want her to spend money on me… and also its a large amount of money… she doesnt have alot of money

I am Canadian… no… I dont want my mother to know about the things that have happened to me… they would make her really sad…
That’s your decision but she bears responsibility for what happened to you
