i know the feeling, was exactly like that before i was medicated
can you maybe do something good for yourself, bit of selfcare, it often helped me a bit to ease the burnout
even though I have a legal diagnosis, stims are illegal here so im self-medicating with SNRI, caffeine and additive combos trying to figure out what works and trying to plan an escape to a better country (maybe this year even)

adhd is so fucking awful, i had two burnouts, and in diagnosis with 23 years i found out that someone had made a “i think you have it but you need more evaluation” diagnosis when i was around 10 and they did no follow up and my mom doesn’t believe in adhd
that really sucks. Your teen years were all about “why are you so fucking lazy” right
not even that much, more of “you lack disciplin” or “you are smart but use your inteligence wrong”
the second was even what my mom, that definitly also has adhd, constantly heard as a teen too
my mother wasnt so nice about it 🫠
i mean mine also screamed daily at me, constantly told me how shit i am and now tells me it never happened
i just think it was not that much adhd related
