when you look around in public tons of people seem lonely, most people don’t have friends (or friends they can actually be open/themselves to) so it makes sense that carries over to any given internet space

what’s rarer is someone having no online friends, that’s probably the one thing more common here (due to socializing being difficult for many people here) than in most other places
