For me it’s the same logic as when i started DIY HRT. i mean obviously the risks are much lower with HRT, but it was either certain suicide if i didn’t start transitioning, or a chance of things turning out well. It’s not like i’ll ever afford the 5 digit western FFS prices so this is my only chance of making it and i will take it
For me getting butchered would be worse than death, I’m not going that route, it would be a fucking torture, I don’t even want to entertain that idea
