My work has a history of taking people off roster and never putting them back on but never firing anyone because of new management there threatening to off board me

I don’t want to go back every there treats me like a straight man and I see the hatred in the female employees eyes who only talk to other women.

I’ve never even been given a they/them it’s almost he/him and all the managers are gay

I submited my email saying i couldnt work because of mentally health and completely ignored it.

“We vaule the importance of mental health very strongly” then go “YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR AVAILABILITY AND MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PEAK HOURS AND YOU MUST SUBMIT THIS BY THIS DATE BEFORE THIS TIME.”

For some context this job always hires new employees and always has people begging for shifts because they never fire people and they actually have to pay me a higher wage because I’m older they have 0 reason to do this.

And everyone hate me there atleast it feels like it and if they don’t hate me they treat me like a guy and hate being there to be perpetually misgendered by both co workers and customers
