honestly a second hand silk-epil is great. I’m using my partner’s old epilator and it works great. if you’re not very keen on second hand hygiene stuff i would recommend you stick to silkepil or equivalent. i really really doubt you can go wrong with it, you can probably get great results with a cheap one. most of luck!
