Reddit bans have gotten way worse in the last 5 weeks, so now we have more users than expected, even after the initial hype. The bans are still getting worse, I’ve seen people get banned for saying hon, foid, mog and for sharing diy info, and I’m pretty sure someone got banned yesterday for saying “women are annoying” in a comment.

The worst case scenario for this website is low activity that’s not enough to sortfag and we won’t shut it down for low activity. It will remain online and grow slowly. That was what we expected when we made it, a slow growing community that’d take months to get popular. Tranistan isn’t going anywhere.

    This is kinda what the reasonable voice in my head has been telling me for a while now, but seeing this laid out so transparently does have me being less neurotic about losing this place. I appreciate the update, Yash.

    This also really reinforces how utterly disinterested I am in going back at this rate. It seems like board culture is undergoing a proper genocide on Reddit huh? Figures that they don’t see our data as especially marketable to LLM companies…
