i wish i could write as well as he did. use words in a way that spoke to you through the page/screen. everything i do amateurish and a poor excuse for writing.
if kafka was born today i wonder if he’d be an amazing writer with unique insights into our time, or if he’d be quickly led astray and just become really autistic about Sonic the Hedgehog.
I quite like your writing. I don’t believe kafka would give himself nearly as much credit as you give them.
he wouldnt, thats the beauty of it really. im not blind to the irony in my admiration of him. im aware that kafka himself felt his works werent good enough. that he wanted to be forgotten.
but i cant help it. he speaks to my soul, and i wish i was fluent in that language too
