Fuck my stupid past self for working out. I haven’t touched weights in 2 years and the muscle refuses to go away

anecdotally i feel like some of the best transitions i’ve seen are from former gym rats because they usually know how to work out exactly what’s needed and control their weight. i’m sure it will melt away eventually and you’ll be much better off.
