0 seconds spent training upper body btw (well not literally, i guess i did what was required back in highschool but that was barely anything). never in a gym or with weights or anything tho.

same, its awful like, why wouldn’t it go away? i guess it comes to genetics. have you tried something that would make them smaller? I thought of casting my arm for months or so, but idk if it would work.
i don’t know if there’s anything i can do. cause like it’s not muscle from exercising it’s just untrained muscle
