3d enviroment was done in hammer editor, which is this thing valve made for source mapmaking basically. and textures are oil pastel. if u wanna get into it i reccomend 3kliksphilip on youtube. i find it easier than blender, but its a lot more limited and most people think its janky and sucks lol
