    do you take another aa as well? i’m not sure how well i absorb sublingually but i dont think that i would hurt much, especially at that low of a dose

    i would find estradiol pills without me in them if i were you tho nona

      I do. any other option was made to require a prescription a couple of years ago in turkey so this is my only option.

    i’m not sure it would do anything? not every chemical absorbs well sublingually and you’d probably just end up slowly swallowing it

      I mean they are harder to fully absorb compared to the ones that don’t have it but that’s all I think

      Also each box already lasts a single week if I can’t take half of those either then it will be so inconvenient omg

      And I’m almost running out of them I have to buy more omg why is life torture
