Since I started prog, my appetite got bigger than usual but now it’s getting kinda extreme like I judt can’t stop wanting to eat, like I’m literally eating SOO much, even more than I normally would
Also, feelin a bit sick these days too so I’ll just wait and see why this never-ending hunger is happening
wait is that an actual thing?? Might explain why I really have struggled to lose weight since starting Prog tbh
