We will ban a minor site wide if they have posted their age publicly on tranistan.com, be it in a post, comment or in a DM.

We can do this because it’s easily verifiable by us. We just look at the database, see that their account really did post that, and we just ban them site wide. Easy.

What we cannot do is take leaked screenshots from third party services as proof.

It is because of that that we ask moderators to ban “known minors” that are impossible to be easily verified by us. If you, as a user, have been talking to a user from this site and they disclose (outside of tranistan) that they are a minor, please take it up with the moderators of the relevant communities.

We have not taken this decision because we don’t care, it’s because it’s impossible for us to verify screenshots from third party DMs.

I apologize for the poor wording on my previous post. The spirit of my last post still stands. We count on community’s moderators to act on “known minors” that are impossible to be verified by us.
