Menhera chan is literally just a cis girl made 4 girls who cut themselves. I also think it would be good to distinguish ourselves from the reddit. Maybe the mascot winner could be the icon and the banner could be a drawing with all the mascot entries together (and glegle, boymoder, girl moder etc)
