I was born wrong and ive been anamaxxing my whole life bc autism and stuff and im genuinely sick of being a stick. Drinking lots of beer fattens you rather reliably. Speaking from personal experience.
I tried beer on my 18th birthday and i hated it it tastes vile its like soda mixed with fizzy water but somehow worse

Rice, egg, and canned mackerel (drained) are pretty cheap ways to hit carbs protein and calories, if you don’t mind it being not as tasty. Check your basal metabolic rate then eat +300 of that
I have dealt with the same shit. For a good chunck of my life I did not want to libe and barely ate. It turns out being a skelehon neatly revealed my moid bone structure. What really helped me (and helps me still) are meal replacement shakes. I eat them as an easy 400-600-800 kcal extra meal . The ones I get are pretty healthy and tasty too. They are also very good if you are tired and want to skip your meal fully. I have lived on them exclusively for 6 ish months and ho estly I felt great

I agree, I too found Huel disgusting. I really like Jimmy Joy, specifically the chocolate flavour.
