Negative criticism of tranners is usually truthful while positive feedback is usually embellished and cannot be taken seriously. This has driven me to distrust pretty much any positive feedback. The tragic part is that even if I received honest positive feedback it wouldn’t matter by now because I’m too far gone and would simply dismiss it. Only the voice in my head screaming HON at me 24/7 is reliable and honest with me.
