On 4t4, I know 3 cases of attempted diy mastectomy (3 failed), 3 cases of diy orchie (2 successful, 1 half successful) and 1 case of chemical castration. 2 orchies wirh video evidence, 2 mastectomies with image evidence ( more like 2.1 but eh).
Thing is, for the girls they actually get proper medical equiment and anesthesia. In all 3 poon cases there was no anesthesia and they did it with sharp, non medical implements. If i recall correctly, one only had alchohol to numb the pain, the other one had nothing and didnt get very far, the final one is unknown.
For how far they got: 1 unknown, 1 could only cut a semi circle into his inferior areola before stopping, 1 removed half of his left breast. Unfortunately the most successful guy has the most elusive story to me, he’s the russian one, all the posts about his ordeal have been deleted.
But the connecting factor is clear. None of them did it properly. Comparatively the girls operations were successful as hell. So who can say what we can do if we got all the equiment nessacary and actually mimic mastectomy procedures?
We’ll probably need shit loads of lidocaine, so much so it might have to be split of into two goes, one tit at a time, but I dont see how its not possible. Theres a guy that operated on himself for 8 hours and lived. Used vaporized adrenaline in case of shock, barbiturates for anesthesia and lidocaine for local. The bleeding was controled by gelatin powder and thread ligatures.
Everyday I become more convinced.

Would you be able to diy and save the nipples? There’s many diy penectomies as well and they basically bardizzo band it then cut. You could def to that to breasts, but the nipples would maybe be rip.
Thats not how it works kek. The angle situation of the breasts combined with the surface area makes mimicing how they band penises impossible. Cutting it is the only route out.
The process of making a nipple graft isnt that difficult its just im not sure what I can do to make it survive. Right now im looking into keyhole more because the risk profile for diy mastectomy is just blood loss and infection. With keyhole, blood loss goes down significantly and also no nipple grafts are needed
Even so i think its possible to save the nipple. Its just thats not my current concern so you shouldnt take my word for it

Surgeons fuck it up often as is leaving dog ears and stuff. It’s not worth it you care about being shirtless in public but if you don’t it might be fine
