I was discussing with a friend about an HRT guide and it’s quite good, but I also said it’s too much text for the current lazy and dumb generation that want easy information such as “here’s this HRT, you take this way, use this dose and done” and I made a infograph that way, she said that dumb and lazy people should take their shit together and I can’t agree on that mindset, because I was one of the lazy and dumb tranny back then and I know back in the 2010s I would get answers from hussies at that time such as “there’s google baby”, “do your search we’re not your mothers” or shit like that and I think this is just assholish, dumb and lazy people deserve information made in a way they can understand this, because these same dumb and lazy people can become smarter and help more people like them and the more who are diypilled the better and happier, being bitter and mean only makes more sad future 4tranners
My gut reaction is to get frustrated at people being stupid and agree with your friend, but honestly overlooking that and making things clear is the way to go. People who aren’t burning for HRT (or people who are burning but are also conflicted) will find and use any little excuse to put it off, or do a little social transition and leave it at that, or rep. Trying is scary, no one wants to take HRT for a while and have it just not work. Making it as easy as possible will lead to more trans people getting the effective treatment as soon as possible, and we’ll all be saner for it
I think they aren’t thinking HRT isn’t going to work, I think they believe the opposite, thinking HRT would work as fast and as good as a cis girl with the best genetics with fat distribution and explode with big boobs and hips in 6 months and everyone would find out and force them to detransitioon
