my personal hypothesis is vulnerability due to social rejection or isolation as a result of neurodivergence even if not out combined with faggy/gnc behaviors and a lower self esteem and existing body image issues and other childhood mental health conditions make for us a being a more visible/easy target for predators, bullies, etc. and many parents can’t tolerate having children that don’t fit in their idealized image of a child they can mold into a possession.
my real hypothesis is that god hates trannies and wants us to suffer
or what if trans is caused by trauma…
also there needs to be a traumadumping community here </3 it’d be a trainwreck though
this is true that part of my post was tongue in cheek. i know people with gender dysphoria who have fallen into this trap even bc it gives them a convenient excuse to dismiss the dysphoria as “trauma induced”
