Just woke up from dreaming I was infected with rabies and everybody being too stupid to give me the bloody vaccine already.
Ohhh I literally had a super weird nightmare this morning about a foot covered in a bunch of spider eyes!! it was insane omg 😭😭

My worst nightmares are when I dream I’m happy bc I wake up feeling awful. I also I have recurring dreams about being abandoned/ lost/ left behind/ ghosted/ etc However, I do not dream often. Literally just sleep then wake up 99% of the time. In fact I think the last dream was about my entire friend group rejecting me and leaving. I much prefer normal bad dreams over the happy ones bc bad dreams make me feel weird for maybe a couple hours. The ones where I’m living a fulfilling life with those who love me make me wake up ugly crying and I think about them for up to years
I’m the same regarding the frequency of dreams, I rarely do, but when I do it’s always bad. Apart from being trans and other health issues my life is somewhat tolerable, so happy dreams wouldn’t crush me, but the nightmares often target the people I care about and terrible things happen to them. That’s even worse than things happening to me.
