1 to dry my hair and face, 1 to dry my body and to also use as a blanket, and 1 to lay on.
I have them on a rotating roster, so when the hair and face towel is used a few times it gets demoted to body towel, and then the other towels are pushed to the next part in the cycle, with the last going into the wash.
People who have seen my towels on the drying hooks are flabbergasted and make fun of me for having “so many towels”

It’s unusual sure but not gross but any stretch if anything it’s the opposite of gross and it’s just not normal but not bad
