i once made a /hj conlang for my orcs inspired partially by japanese kanji, but there was no syntax difference between nouns and verbs.

to ‘orc’ is to live, but you are also an orc. “what are you?” “I orc.” (lit. translation) (this has very heavy effects on orc culture)

it was to be scraped into tree bark, so it’s a very angular written language.
