Meditation help by teaching u how to let go of ur thoughts and such, there’s advice on how to meditate but idgaf, do it in whatever position u want, close ur eyes (easier that way) and sit for like 10 minutes without thinking about anything.
There are different kinds of meditations and as u slowly learn u can even create something like mediative technics for urself which may work better for u, like imagining certain stuff and feelings and scenarios
Best for beginners is just to not think and not move for a while
